Agreement for Joint Development of Khabarovsk Airport Signed by Japanese and Russian Investors
An agreement for joint development of new airport facilities in Khabarovsk including construction and operations has been signed between Khabarovsk Airport, OAO and a consortium of Japanese investors in Moscow.
The agreement is aimed to formalize positions of the parties at the preparation stage for entry of Japanese investors in the project. The parties pointed out high dynamics of implementation of prior agreements including long-term investment tariffs for the future terminal to meet needs of both Russian and Japanese investors.
On behalf of the consortium the agreement was signed by Vice Chairman of Sojitz Corporation Shigeki Dantani and on behalf of Khabarovsk Airport, OAO — by Board Chairman Konstantin Basyuk.
